General Questions

1.1. How do I use the Text2T service?
Using your mobile phone, you need to send an MMS with your desired photo attached to it start the message part TEXT2T and then whether you want a girls/ladies or boys/mens t shirt and what size t shirt you want to 60300. Your message part of the MMS should look like this 'TEXT2T mens medium'. Charges that apply are showin in question 1.3 below please make sure you understand them.

1.2. I don't think i formatted my message very well, will it still work?
Don't worry, our system is very intelligent, as long as you start your message TEXT2T and attached a picture, the system will recognise it and charge you correctly, leave the rest to us. If we have any problems, we will contact you with no cost to you.

1.3. How much does each t shirt cost?
Each shirt costs £15 including postage and packaging. You will also be charged for 1 standard network rate MMS to submit your order and if you want to submit your address by text you will be charged a further 1 standard network rate SMS. Of course, you can submit your delivery address for free on this website.

1.4. How do I pay for the item?
You pay for your item by reverse cahrge SMS message. Which means when you place your order the cost of the order is deducted from your PAYG balance or added to your monthly bill by your network operator. This is currently split into 3 reverse charge SMS messages charging £5 each to your PAYG balance or your monthly bill

1.5. How do you know my delivery address?
Firstly, in the 3rd reverse charge message you'll receive delivery details. If you've ordered from us before, we'll definitely have kept your address on our system and sent it to you for confirmation. Otherwise, you can either SMS us your delivery address (start your message TEXT2T ADDRESS and then your full address - costs 1 standard rate message) or fill in your address online by clicking here.

1.6. What sizes are the shirts?
Sizes are as follows, you can get these on your phone by texting TEXT2T SIZES and we'll send you all the details (costs 1 standard message).

We do our very best to help you get the right size shirt when you order however we cannot accept responsibility if the shirt you order does not fit you properly. This is described in detail in our terms and conditions.

1.7. What colour are the shirts?
All Shirts are brilliant white.

1.8. Is the printing good quality?
We currently use a printing process which impregnates the shirt fibres with the colour. This enables us to print high quality representations of your image on a shirt and we know you'll be delighted with the result. Prints will not come out in the wash for a very long time!

1.9. Is the shirt good quality?
Of course, we use only the highest qaulity garments. We have many years experience in apparel printing, we know a good shirt when we see it. We know you'll be delighted with the quality of the shirt.

1.10. I would like another t shirt exactly the same, a repeat order?
That's great. Please just place the order again like you did the first time. If you're using the same mobile phone we'll probably have your address on record. You can repeat your order up to twice a day using the same mobile phone account.


1.11. I have sent my MMS properly but don't receive any reverse charge messages, can you help?
Ok, firstly, please wait 1 hour from time it got sent. Sometimes the MMS messages take a while to filter through to our system, this is a Network Operator problem and not anything we can rectify. If you're still waiting maybe you've fallen into one of the following categories:
- you didn't form the message properly - make sure you start the message part of the MMS TEXT2T.
- you didn't attach a photo. our system will not charge you if a photo is not attached.
- you have already ordered two shrits today. The premium rate service regulator imposes a maximum charge of £30 by premium SMS in a 24 hour basis. Our systems respect this limit and will not process your order. Please try again tomorrow.

1.14 What is the minimum size/resolution image you'll print?
To ensure the product you receive exceeds your expectations we have to put a lower limit on image size. The limit is a minimum size of 400 x 150 pixels in any orientation.

1.15 I have an image that is smaller than 400 x 150 pixels, can you print it anyway?

2.1. I placed an order and want to cancel it, can I?
If you haven't received ANY reverse charge premium SMS messages from Text2T then yes you can, please contact us. Otherwise, as our Terms and Conditions state, once a charge has gone through the order is in process and we cannot cancel the order.

2.2. I placed an order but I think I've ordered the wrong size shirt, can i change it?
Within 24 hours you generally can. Please contact us.

Within 24 hours you generally can. Please contact us.

2.4. I received my order correctly but its not the right size, can i exchange it?
We're sorry, we cannot exchange it because it is now printed with your personal image. However we would like to help you resolve this. Please contact us and we'll talk you through how we can help you.

2.5. I received my order but it isn't the image or size i ordered, can you help?
We're sorry we seem to have got it wrong. Firstly, please check your sent messages and make sure that what you ordered is definitely not what you received. Otherwise, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange for you.

2.6. I received my order but it's damaged and i'd like to have it sorted out can you help?
We're sorry your item is damaged. All shirts leave the production facility in perfect condition, so it must have been damaged in the post. Please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange for you.

2.7 I placed an order but it was rejected because the size of the image was too small, can i get a refund for the MMS I sent?
Firstly, the minimum image size image is clearly stated in all of our promotional material. Despite this, we are happy to offer you a refund for the MMS message you sent to us. Please contact customer support and they'll advise you on the procedure.

Each shirt (order) costs £15.00 including postage & packaging billed directly to your mobile phone bill or deducted from your PAYG credit. Initial MMS will cost 1 standard network operators MMS message. To submit your address by SMS you'll be charged a further 1 standard netowrk operators SMS message.
